For shipping purposes, Le Vigne di Alice utilizes patented shipping containers that, thanks to their particular characteristics, ensure the integrity of the products transported. Le Vigne di Alice effects delivery of the products ordered to the address indicated by You in the ordering process on the shop.levignedialice.it website by means of the most reputable Italian and international shipping companies (UPS, TNT, Mailboxes, Bartolini, SDA, and others), who assume full responsibility for the delivery process, from pickup at our winery until physical delivery at the address indicated by You. Le Vigne di Alice assumes no responsibility for any damage or behaviour by the shipper.
Shipping is available only to the countries listed on the shop.levignedialice.it website. Le Vigne di Alice periodically updates that countries list, so we advise You to confirm the availability of shipping services before completing your products order.
The effect delivery of your shipment, the following information must be provided:
◼ Billing information: Name of person to be billed, billing address, e-mail address.
◼ Delivery information: Name of person accepting delivery, telephone number, e-mail address.
Should you receive from Le Vigne di Alice packages visibly damaged or broken by the shipping company, or stained by wine from broken bottles, we ask you to refuse the shipment, so that it is returned to the sender, and we will see to its return and new shipment. If the shipment consists of multiple packages and not all of them are damaged, we ask you to refuse just the damaged one(s), signed the shipping receipt “Conditionally accepted.” Le Vigne di Alice will see to receiving the package and replacing it. If that particular product is no longer available, we will contact you for a substitution or monetary credit. Any shipping expenses for return of the damaged package and shipment of a replacement will be borne by Le Vigne di Alice.
Delivery typically occurs on weekdays, withing 2-4 business days of finalisation of Your order on our website and completed payment via a credit card, PayPal, or pre-paid card. In the case of a bank wire transfer, delivery will take place within the same time frame, but starting from confirmation of transfer of funds.
