Those who may access personal information addressed by this Notice, in their roles as directors, managers, or those delegated for such processing, include Directors of: marketing, e-commerce, retail sales, administration, accounting, legal matters, computer systems, and customer service, each limited to his/her own responsibilities and duties, and on the base of assigned duties and imparted instructions. In accord with the same article, the subject also has the right to request cancellation of that information, its transformation into an anonymous format or the sequestration of information processed in violation of law, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, their processing and, for any reason whatsoever, the processing of that personal information for purposes of sending advertising or direct sale materials, of market research or marketing communications.
