I received a damaged bottle or one that I didn’t like; how can I return it and get my money back?
Our shipping company is very careful in handling packages sent by Le Vigne di Alice to its members. If, for some reason, one or more bottles arrived damaged at your address, you should accept the shipment “under protest/with reservation,” and contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the extent of the damage.
Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. You may be asked to send us the damaged bottle, as well as a photo along with the damage description, so that such situations can be avoided in the future.
In the case that a wine is not to your liking, you may replace it only if the bottle is unopened, has been well stored, and is sent back in the original package in which it arrived. Please consult the Conditions for Purchase for further important information.
Can I change the delivery address for my shipment?
Once the order has been completed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If, however, you have not yet finalized your order, you can change the address at any time: just click on your name, on the top right in the heading section of the webpage; that will allow you access to your personal information and you can change whatever you wish.

I have a coupon, but I don’t know how to use it
Insert the discount code you have into your order summary in your cart (which lists all bottles); on the left, beneath the address, note the instruction “If you have a discount code, enter it here.” Enter the code and press “Apply discount,” and the total of your order will be reduced by the amount of the discount coupon. Now you can proceed with your order, confirming the shipping address and payment method. Remember that you can use only one coupon per order.
I requested a copy of the sales receipt, but it wasn’t in the package. How can I get one?
If, when you placed your order, you requested a copy of the sales receipt, you can obtain a pdf copy at email@example.com specifying your first and last name, and day of the order, and we will send one right away.
What is the time frame for the shipping of my package?
The time it will take depends on where the delivery point is and on the accuracy of the information you provided. Orders are usually executed within 24 business hours and delivered within 3-4 days, except for complications over which we have no control.
Can I track shipment of my order?
Certainly. As soon as your order is shipped, we will end you a code thar will allow you to track your shipment.
What if my wine tastes corked?
Although corkiness happened only very rarely—about 0.5% of all bottles--, it can happen. In this case, keep the bottle with the defective wine and write to firstname.lastname@example.org We will take immediate action.
We cannot provide reimbursement or replacement of the wine, however, without having the bottle.
