Save
the Earth!

The strategy that is most effective and respectful of ecological systems is without doubt at-source sorting of refuse, since it both reduces the quantity to be discarded and improves the quality and reuse of the recyclable components. It becomes possible to use once again materials already utilised instead of virgin raw materials, thus saving energy and reducing CO2 emissions.

All our actions are important. Here are some of ours, as applied to materials we use throughout the process of producing our sparkling and semi-sparkling wines.
